Their mission is to provide free fitness, dance, and singing classes for people with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners in the Austin, TX area and around the world. Registration Desk


Find the registration table directly across from the lobby restrooms, just before you get to the main ballroom.
 
When you enter through the front of the hotel, you will take a left turn through the lobby area to find the registration table on the right.


ALL IN! registration will be open Wednesday, November 20 – Thursday, November 21 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Air/Ground Transportation & Parking


The Double Tree by Hilton does not provide hotel/airport shuttle service. The hotel is located 12 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and 80 miles from the San Antonio International Airport. Transportation to/from the airport can be secured via:

  • Uber/Lyft/Taxi

  • If handicapped transportation is required, please call 512-777-0458 to reserve a ride with Handy Transit. Click Here for their website.

  • If driving, the Grand Hyatt has self-parking available at $20/day for overnight guests. There is no valet parking or EV Charging. There are hourly daily parking charges for non-hotel guests.

Hotel Amenities and Fees

  • If you arrive before check in at 4:00 PM, the hotel can hold your luggage.

  • Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 12:00 PM – Early or late Check-in/out requests will be honored based on availability. Communicate with the front desk to make arrangements.
