Know Before You Go!

Please check-in at the front desk when you arrive and provide your credit card. You will need to provide your credit card to take advantage of the hotel amenities and for incidentals. You will only be charged if you have authorized charges.

Registration Desk

The ATMRD registration area is located on the lobby level. From the main lobby, head towards the West Promenade, walk past the elevators and to the left where you will see the registration desk. Registration is open from 4-6 PM on Thursday, June 4 and reopens at 7 AM on Friday, June 5.

Your name badge is required for admission to all events. No exceptions.

  • Walking to the hotel: Exit the station, head south on 24th Street, and walk one block to Calvert Street. The hotel will be across the street on your right.

  • From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): Take the Blue Line (direction Largo) to Metro Center, transfer to the Red Line (direction Shady Grove), and exit at Woodley Park.
