Registration Desk


The ATMRD registration area is located on the lobby level. From the main lobby, head towards the West Promenade, walk past the elevators and to the left where you will see the registration desk. Registration is open from 4-6 PM on Thursday, June 4 and reopens at 7 AM on Friday, June 5.


Your name badge is required for admission to general events. No exceptions.

Lead Retrieval


Scan and qualify leads from your mobile device, create custom lead capture questions, and access downloadable reports via your company portal with ATMRD lead retrieval. Purchase for $500 while supplies last.

CME Guidelines

Exhibitor passes do not include access to all CME sessions.


The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) does not permit corporate advertisement, marketing materials, or educational materials not subjected to independent review by PMD Alliance in the rooms where accredited education will be delivered.

Company representatives should never approach course directors, planning committee members, or presenters to discuss the planning, presentation, or evaluation of the CME content. Faculty have been instructed to refrain from any such discussions. 

Ground Transportation


The Omni Shoreham® Hotel is centrally located in Washington, DC with easy access from all major transportation hubs

  • Ride Services such as Uber, Lyft, and Taxi. 

    • Estimated 15-20 minute ride from DCA

  • Metrorail (Subway)

    • The closest Metro stop is Woodley Park on the Red Line.

    • Walking to the hotel: Exit the station, head south on 24th Street, and walk one block to Calvert Street. The hotel will be across the street on your right.

    • From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): Take the Blue Line (direction Largo) to Metro Center, transfer to the Red Line (direction Shady Grove), and exit at Woodley Park.

Valet parking only including in/out privileges ($55 plus tax per car daily)

  • 0 – 4 hours: $40 + tax (Daily max: $55 + tax)

  • Overnight Parking $55 + tax (includes in/out privileges)
